There comes a time in every photographer experimental journey where they think using a frame is a really 'cool' idea . . . . my time came on the weekend, I do apologise for it in all it's hipster glory . . .
Love the shot, model, lighting, location . . . I've decided I will start working in the photography field and will now do more 'normal' shots to build my portfolio and test more extreme post processing skills. I wouldn't normally PP this much.
Hair, makeup, clothes by the model Photography & post by me
Im guessing you did a bit of PP to her eyes? (Maybe a little too much, although they do draw attention straight away, so you immediately focus on her face).
I love how you have no PP (or little) her skin and face, its very natural and well maintained. Agree with you, stunning model
I think the PP on the eyes is a bit over the top, I agree. There's actually a lot of PP on the skin, I'm just working on techniques currently that allow the original skin texture to be maintained!
Ohhh Well Im very sorry then about not picking up on the PP. But I like it then, as you said, keeps the original skin texture, as apposed to over "softening" it.
do you have more space in the top and right of the frame? this is a nice shot but feels unbalanced due to the dead space outside the wooden frame and the tight crop on the head. shes cute is she for sale?
